VOLUNTEERING IN MEDIA
We’re always looking for volunteers to join our team and us with the many aspects of media during services and other events. This ministry is only effective because of the volunteers who are engaged and serving. If you already have some media experience, or are willing to learn, it’s a great team oriented environment to get involved within the church, meet new people and serve the Lord.

VIDEO ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Media Ministry is responsible for recording, editing and producing the weekly informational video announcements or “Bethany News Network” (BNN). Using professional grade HD video cameras, audio recording devices, and nonlinear digital editing equipment, we produce professional videos of event promotions, advertisements, testimonies, and more.
PRESENTATIONS
The Presentation Technicians are responsible for running the visual presentations during worship, prayer and messages in the sanctuary which require the display of song lyrics, scriptures, video announcements, graphics, images, and other videos.
VIDEO PRODUCTION
Our video production team consists of a Video Director and Camera Operators.
The Video Director is responsible for assembling the service visuals from three remote camera sources, as well as the front of house computer, to best display a service for online viewing and recording.
The Camera Operators each control a remote controlled PTZ video camera located throughout the sanctuary during our services, taking commands from the Video Director who assembles the footage into live edited productions.
We also live stream our services on Bethany’s website, FaceBook, and YouTube channels.
LIGHTING
Our Lighting Technicians, located in the balcony Media booth, use lighting to create a meaningful atmosphere, moods, and effects to help to guide worshippers during services. They work in coordination with the Presentation Technician to color coordinate the lights with the animated screen backgrounds, providing an engaging service experience.
LIVE STREAMING
The Media Ministry is responsible for live streaming our Sunday morning and Wednesday evening services to our website, our FaceBook page, and our YouTube channel. Live streaming helps us reach remote viewers, and those who are unable to attend services in-person. Our live service productions are recorded and archived for future referencing on Bethany’s website, which can be viewed at your convenience under the Media drop-down menu. Our services are also live streamed on Bethany’s website, FaceBook, and YouTube channels.
